Crowns and Capacity™ offers leadership strategy services designed for high-capacity leaders. Our current service offerings include:

The Capacity Audit — A complimentary self-assessment tool to help leaders identify the sources of leadership strain across three pillars: Lifestyle Logistics, Expectation Management, and Emotional Rehabilitation.

The Capacity Strategy Session — A paid, one-on-one tactical consulting session to map a personalized capacity realignment strategy.

Institutional Strategy & Workshops — Organizational consulting and workshop engagements for institutions and teams. These engagements are governed by a separate written agreement in addition to these Terms.

Service offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for the Capacity Strategy Session and any other paid services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By submitting payment, you authorize Triumphant Wife LLC to charge the amount disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Capacity Strategy Session:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after booking.

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are forfeited without refund or credit.

Institutional Strategy & Workshops:

Cancellation and refund terms for institutional engagements are specified in the separate written agreement governing that engagement.

Free Resources:

The Capacity Audit and any other complimentary resources are provided at no charge and are not subject to refund terms.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

All content produced by Crowns and Capacity™ and Triumphant Wife LLC is protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law. This includes but is not limited to:

The Crowns and Capacity™ name, logo, and brand identity

The three-pillar framework: Lifestyle Logistics, Expectation Management, and Emotional Rehabilitation

The Capacity Audit methodology and materials

All written content, including website copy, blog posts, and newsletters

All audio and video content, including recorded sessions, messages, and training materials

All presentation materials, workshop content, and digital resources

All social media content and email communications

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission

Use our frameworks, methodologies, or materials in your own products, services, or presentations without written authorization

Share paid or proprietary materials with individuals who have not purchased or enrolled

Crowns and Capacity™ is a trademark of Triumphant Wife LLC. A federal trademark application is pending. Unauthorized use of this mark is prohibited.

Our services, content, and resources are provided for educational and strategic support purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations as a result of using our services or resources.

Results depend on individual circumstances, commitment, and application. Testimonials or examples shared are not guarantees of similar results.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
